Craftsman Bungalow

Due to square footage constraints, extensive use of outside wrap around covered patios were incorporated into the design to create an outdoor dining and barbeque. Exterior column and eve detailing, as well as door and window trims add to the bungalow style. A unique private courtyard with Japanese style indoor/outdoor bathtub and shower add to the history of the style. The bathtub and shower tile mimic the ridgeline of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a separate office.
