Palo Alto Infill

This five home project required a full master and site plan with access off of two different streets. Public agencies and surround home owner association made for a complicated public review process. The preservation of a number of heritage trees helped determine the overall master plan. The two story homes sported vaulted ceilings in all living areas on both the first and second floors. Individual lots were laid out to maximize rear yard livable space. Project responsibility included all design approvals, tentative and final maps, CC&R's, interface with all local and state agencies and complete construction administration of the project.
