Sunnyvale Infill 2

This project included the master planning of nine individual two story single family homes. The project made use of large slope roof sections to reduce building massing while creating large open spaces in the combined living areas. All bedrooms enjoyed vaulted ceilings on first and second floors. Project responsibility included all design approvals, tentative and final maps, CC&R's, interface with all local and state agencies and complete construction administration of the project.
