Sunnyvale Infill 1

This project included master planning, approval and construction administration of nine infill single family homes. Project responsibility included all design approvals, tentative and final maps, CC&R's, interface with all local and state agencies and complete construction administration of the project. Site placement of all homes on an angle from private cul-de-sac maximized views to the individual homes and allowed for the placement of an additional home on the site. Architectural style made use of second story dormers to reduce building massing while still allowing two to three bedrooms to be placed on the second floor.
