Beranda Place

This infill project required both master planning and construction detailing of six individual homes on a private cul-de-sac. Two story elements with full basement made extensive use of outdoor balconies, curved roof forms and private yards. This project set the standard for additional developments within the neighborhood. Project responsibility included all design approvals, tentative and final maps, CC&R's, interface with all local and state agencies and complete construction administration of the project.
