Granada Park

This infill project included master planning and public approvals of a twenty unit townhome project. Design approvals included processing of tentative map and CC&R's. The irregular shaped lot required multiple building types in order to meet set back requirements and the cityís request for a large open space area. Unite types included two or three bedrooms with balconies, private yards and one or two car garages.
