Sierra Vista

This project created a ten unit town home project on a long and narrow lot. The project was further complicated due to existing toxic waste in which remediation was required. Interface with the state and federal agencies, as well as an extensive review by the city of Mountain View ensured that all guidelines were met. Architectural elements included large second floor balconies and three individual building clusters. Garages were placed perpendicular to building facades in order to reduce massing and meet local guidelines. Responsibilities included master planning, management of all federal and state and local approvals, processing of tentative and final maps, CC&R's, construction documents and construction administration.
