Napa Gateway Plaza

This master planned project on 13 acres includes a 100 suite hotel with conference center as well as 46,000 sqft of prime office space and 72,000 sqft of retail. The retail portion is being phased and will include general retail, restaurant space, convenience store and a gas station with quick serve restaurant. This project included an extremely complicated public review process, which was based upon consensus building and general plan/zoning commitments over a 12 year period. The architectural style follows what is sometimes referred to as Napa Tuscan. The style includes use of traditional Italian Mediterranean forms along with modern metal roofs, colors and textures necessary for an office retail environment.
